Voltage Questions

Ok I have a few questions on somethings I am considering doing.

I am currently running an AMD Athlon 760k. I know It has the crappy Turbo core stuff so I want to turn it off. 

The thing is is that I am wondering if it would be ok to set the voltage where turbo core had it. 

It would run 1.4375 with turbo core

and disabled it sets the voltage at 1.3625

I know I've got a crappy mobo but id like to push it with out going to far.
