mounting mid tower to wall

Linus,

I just recently watched your most comfortable gaming setup finale, i really liked how you mounted your tower to the wall. even though i do not have the same setup as you i was wondering what you did to secure it. i am using a Fractal design R5 case and am using this in my living room with my TV so wanted to mount it on the wall. high enough from the kids but easy enough to reach, any help would be appreciated. thanks.
