Game hates me.

So I got a new game, rise of the tomb raiDer and it runs great! Just beautiful smooth game play....well almost. It crashes every 15 mins with the same error of device hung...... did some go ogling   and tried some fixes with no luck...... anyone have a clue what device hung even means ?. It seems to be an error  found in multiple games but I see no good fix sofar.. hepl

i had the same problem before try reinstalling the game it should fix it
