Maybe your ISP is blocking it or maybe your parents are blocking it?

Just tried it, worked fine for me.

 

Is it just those two games that are "blocked" ? What about things like Minecraft, Quantum Break, etc... ?

 

Did you use any of those software that claim to block/remove the "spying" crap from Windows 10?
