Depends on the GPU configuration you plan on using, any single card would be fine on 850w. But if SLI'ing anything around a 670 or above may require the additional power. And of course, corsair have the nice cables and brilliant warranty etc. and you will probably get more power efficiency. All that said, it would probably not be worth it IMO,

850W is fine for SLI GTX 670/680's plus have ample room for overclocking and the rest of the hardware you listed. Though like others have said, do you really need a six core CPU? If you only game then just get a 2500K/3570K and something like a Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD3H. If you video edit or use programs/applications which are multi-threaded but not in the near scale of a six core CPU you could opt out for a 2600K/3770K and save some cash. :)
