Trying To Find A Good Selling Point

Hi there. I'm trying to sell an old M17xr2.

It doesn't have a battery anymore and has been sitting around doing nothing for years.

I just need to find a reasonable amount of money you lovely forum-goers think I could sell it for.

Specs:

Intel Core I5

8gb ddr3 RAM

500gb HDD

Radeon HD5870 GPU

Thank you much.

probably closer to 160 if you have the charger, because it has no battery but if you find a battery, about 210 usd

Selling in the wrong place. Is the machine BGA or LGA. Basically what I'm asking is if the CPU and GPU and be removed and upgraded. If yes, sell it on NotebookReview forums. Plenty people there would pay for the chassis to go experiment with new and crazy things (like modding that chassis to accept a MSI 1070 MXM card, which is done and can be done btw).
