i have a weird problem in fallout 4.. when im in first person and i try to run its almost in slow motion. im super slow.. but when i run in 3rd person im very fast. how do i fix this? i have deleted and reinstalled the game but the problem is still there..

if not, try disabling v-sync in the .ini file and force adaptive v-sync in nvidia control panel.
