Got it last night for computer, but for ps4 it was just grab the copy and you got game plus expansion, now for the pc box it says expansion but I'm just wondering if they updated it to full game or if I will need to go buy the base game.

If it's a DLC i'm pretty sure you need the base games

Reaper of Souls is an Expansion Pack (not fucking DLC, Blizzard makes Expansion Packs for their games that are larger and add more content than simple DLC) that requires the older base Diablo 3 game to work.

Ultimate Evil Edition on PS4/XB1 is D3 + RoS rolled into one game to make it easier on the console players from getting confused about what's needed and save their tiny drive storage from having to install the base game THEN the Expansion Pack (just load in the one game disc and get it all at once).
