Run 2 different types of RAM GB on the same Mobo?

Can i run lets say two sticks of 8Gb (2x8GB) and than run two sticks of 16 GB (2x16) on the same motherboard? With the same freq (3200mhz)? Giving me a total of 48GB.

Make sure the board supports 48gb of ram and Gigabyte extreme gaming is not a specific board, its a tier.

Assuming that your board supports it, there are 3 things that must match, Speed, Cas Latency and Timings

The RAM speed or bandwidth will be the slower of the two sets and the CAS will be separate for each channel. As long as you pair them correctly, you should run into no issue.
