Well the mechanical switch for you is definitely based on personal preference. MX Blues are generally for people who do a lot of typing, with a audible click. MX Reds are generally for gaming, as they have less actuation force and are easier to re-actuate quickly. MX Browns have a tactile bump, venry popular for general workloads. MX Greens have the tactile bump and click, but aren't found on near as many keyboards as the other switches I mentioned, but would also work just as well if you can find a keyboard you like with them. If you get a chance, you should try to try out some different switches in person first before you buy a keyboard, or you can get something with one of each switch for you to test, like this one here. That will definitely help you in making your decision.

Yes, I already have tried out most of the cherry switches and am asking if there are any more reputable companies out there.

Cherry is the go-to for most people, as their quality is considered unbeatable. However, other companies like Razer make their own mechanical switches, which are very similar to Cherry. There are also keyswitches that offer a different experience, like Topre switches.

i would go for browns, they are good for gaming and typing. reds are horrible to type on seeing as you dont feel when you have activated the key because there is not tactile bump and blue and greens arent that good for gaming because they are heavy and doubbletapping them can be hard because the activation and lift of points arent in the same place so the key needs to go almost all the way up before you can hit it again, dosent sound like much of a problem before you use them after having gotten used to browns -_- i am currently using browns and some 1.5mm O-rings and its really nice to type on, the tactile bump is nice and it isnt super loud but you can still hear the keys actuate. i have a keyboard with blues and they are nice for typing a lot but i really dislike them when playing games because they are harder and slower to doubble tap and almost exhausting to hold down. here is a bit of a guide to help you pick whats right for you:
