BOOTMGR is missing (USB drive)

Hey guys im trying to boot my pic for the first time but I keep on getting the message bootmgr is missing if you need my computer specs just ask

Have you tried returning the USB drive with the Windows ISO?

I have selected the USB itself and tried to boot of that if that's what you mean if not please elaborate

Is it a Windows install USB from Microsoft or did you burn the ISO to the USB?

A coworker from work gave it to me but by the looks of it it has been burned on

Try using Rufus to burn a Windows ISO to the drive.

Is they any way I could confirm if it has a windows ISO I have a laptop

yes plug it in and check it in the explorer If you could do a print screen of what is inside that folder and post it here than we know more.

Print what's inside th folder using my laptop gotcha I'll have it for you tomorrow as its 2 am for me and I need to sleep thanks for everything if u want to help tomorrow I will be VERY grateful man

i have checked the usb and it has

a disk image file labled en_windows_8.1_enterprise_with_update ect it is 3gb big aswell

and a text dcumet labled key which is 1 kb big

Really weird  But why don't you install windows 10 on it if you buy an oem key it's not that expensive and the installation tool has never let me down.

But I cannot guarantee you won't run into the same problem if the hardware is to blame.
