Why i`m getting only about 30 fps , i know that this game dries out my pc, but only 30 fps hmmm...

Is the cpu or the gpu the problem here?

an i3 6100? Ouch.

100% that's your cpu stopping the 1060.

Try running on dx12 if you're on windows 10. You're probably bound to get marginally better fps with it. Somehow i read that as you on dx11. You're already on dx12, you can't get any better performance than that really. the dual core cpu is tying you down. AoS is heavy on the cpu end of things.

Did you look at what the benchmark was reporting? It's showing the CPU is capable of 45 FPS and a majority of the limitation is due to the GPU.
