Their are others out their as well. All work.

You do need a legit windows 8 key.

 

Just Do These Steps:

1. Go to http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-8/upgrade-product-key-only

 

2. Download windows 8 installation.

 

3. Enter key and continue.

 

4. End process exactly when is starts saying "downloading xx"

 

4. Go back to http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-8/upgrade-product-key-only

 

5. This time click on the (blue) "Install Windows 8.1"

 

6. I should start installing without any problems.

 

-Later as metioned it will ask and save where to either:

    -Install

    -Burn ISO DVD

    -Save to USB Media

 

If you reinstall windows almost every week like me, this will save you the time to upgrade form another OS or other problems or even installing 8, than drivers (LAN), downloading 8.1 and so on...
