Could you please be more specific? Are the beeps coming from the GPU or MOBO? What motherboard are you using?

Sweet, Looks like the problem could be because your pc is a HP prebuilt. Should be easy fix.

 

Follow these in order

  1. Power down the system
  2. Remove the GPU
  3. Boot the system into BIOS (By spamming F1, F2, F8, F12 or Delete)
  4. Find Secure Boot and set it to disabled
  5. (If there is such option in your BIOS) Set CSM to Enabled
  6. Save these settings
  7. Install the GPU
  8. The system Should technically boot
