Need help please

So I've build my first build 

 

intel i5 6600k

8 GB of ram

350 watt power supply 

250 gb hard drive (windows is already installed)

And no graphics card 

 

But when I turn it on, there is nothing happening on the screen (just keeps it black) and the computer keeps restarting. What could be the issue?

Why is there tape on that SATA connector to your motherboard + is it even in straight?!?

I agree. Abort mission. Plug into another SATA port.

 

Also, what power supply is it? Push a 6600k with a bad power supply and the results will be... Explosive.

I think there are either of two problems:

1. Plz check all connections especially sata connecting cable

2. less wattage psu

Also, doesn't seem to be aligned propperly, like someone was just going to XXXX an underage midgit. (just kept pushing "till it did fit*)

That's not tape lol

Unplug it, check if it loops again, or if you get a bios screen. Also, I'm going to bed. Nite nite all!

The memory stick was not plugged in all the way LUL
