Buying a new laptop

I want to buy a new laptop with a budget of around 700Euros (or about 740 freedom units). I will mostly use this laptop to kill time watching movies or browsing the internet. I seriously got no idea where to start because i dont really know what i need for this kind of lightweight use. Any sugestions are apreciated

And also, probably a used Thinkpad. Something like a used T420 with an upgraded screen is pretty good.
