Steam help

ark doesn't have a in game overlay, i tried reinstalling and enabled it in the launch options. the overlay works fine in left 4 dead 2, HALP

You mean Shift+TAB ( steam overlay ) ?
Make sure you are not using MSI Afterburner or any onscreen display software, as they didn't let steam overley to open.

wait it was blocking it even though i didnt have it on, i closed it in task manager

some of its services runs in the background, so make sure it should not be set as "Launch on startup"
