Dell gx620 yellow light

Hello all

I have got 3 dell gx620 which stuck on yellow light blinking and no turn on I have replaced the rams cpu and battery I also leave it powered for night but no success is there any solution please help

solution #1 Get rid of them

solution #2 Sell them on ebay

solution #3 build a better system 

solution #4 get a new psu

solution #5 Get a box of cookies and sit down

Take a screw driver and smash the diode when the power is off, unplug front panel LEDs

either the front usb ports are malfunctioning or the powersupply is set to wrong voltage.220 instead of 110, etc.
