Wolfenstein: The New Order horrible framerate

Getting constant stutters and framerate rarely goes beyond 40, often hanging in the 15-35 territory. Ive tried the executable renaming stuff and other stupid shit people have come up with but it aint working. If anyones gotten any ideas id be glad to hear them. If i cant get it fixed ill just refund it and look for some other fun single player fps. Any suggestions? Might get Far Cry 3 but Bioshock also looks quite nice.

This game just runs terrible on AMD cards as it uses opengl, i refunded it myself a few months ago...
