Dual screen not working

Hello there i having a trouble setting up dual screen on my old compaq 7020 my hd tv does work fine but my 7020 is not working it blank or it said resolution not support it

it said to put it  in 60hz but i have try everthing and not of them work please help 

and i try in windows and ubuntu and it dose the same thing
