Sorry how late i am to respond, pc became okay until later today.

Just tried resetting the CMOS so it doesn't seem to be that

And then there's this screenshot i have of CPU-Z

Same speed whether i am in game or not, the pc is slow while browsing as well. Had the pc for like 4 months before this started, then it fixed itself the day before it was supposed to go to fixing but then the problem game again like a month later

I can confirm that it seems to be Intel Adaptive Thermal Monitor which seems to be the problem, tried turning it off and the cpu worked as intended. I looked at the temperatures of course and they did not go over 50.

If it's an intel power saving problem, a BIOS update should get rid of it. Use non-Beta BIOSes to discard unkown problems.

I already tried that. Saw a post on some other site where someone was having this problem and MSI THEMSELVES asked him to try and disabling it
