Audio Header Customization (GREY) HELP!

Hi everyone. I am really annoyed because the when I click my Rench Logo on Adobe Premiere Pro and I wanna choose the Audio Header Customization It cannot be applied because It is displaying grey. What Can I do to make it work? I tried going to different workspaces and still it did not work. Please help me thanks :D
