laptop keyboard problem!

My laptop is having problems with it's keyboard. The lower keys are working fine but the upper two rows are not working properly. For example, when I click 1, it displays 21. For 3, it's 43. For 5, it's r5. I have changed the keyboard layout a couple of times and drivers are updated. Still doesn't work. Can anyone help?

Most likely hardware issue not software. Do you still have warranty? If not, go to local shop for a repair or keyboard replacement
