Cheapest IPS 144hz monitor?

I am looking for ANY monitor that is 144hz and IPS, hopefully under $350... I haven't found much, though because most are 1440p.

You aren't going to find any 144hz IPS monitors under $350 from a known brand. If you want 144hz, then you will have to get one that's not IPS;

The best refresh rate you will get with IPS is 75hz (http://pcpartpicker.com/products/monitor/overall-list/#H=75,240&sort=a8&X=0,35000&p=1) I would only get that 29" ultrawide, but I don't like any of them much

I doubt you can find any IPS 144hz under $350. You could get some 144hz TN panels though
