Will the H80i fit?

I have a Thermaltake Commander Ms-i id case. I also have a micro ATX motherboard for the time being. The only place I could place it is in the back but I don't know if it'll fit because the CPU socket is closer to the back of the case on a micro ATX board because it's smaller.
