i would suggest buying windows 10 license on the cheap from kinguin, g2a, /r/softwareswap, etc

(I didn't see the other post) Skyrim will run better at high settings probably 60ish fps

Cores... So the i3-6100 is a dual core, but the i5-6400 is a quad core.
