Is this build capable of running skyrim with high settings and realvision enb or project enb? https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/user/DillanOdinson/saved/dgxHxr and is there anything better for the price of 800? i dont want to overclock.

i would suggest buying windows 10 license on the cheap from kinguin, g2a, /r/softwareswap, etc
