Lighting Help

So I really like Alienware computers but, hate the alienhead and the price. I want to do a similar lighting setup that will allow me to strobe a light or phase between multiple. I would like to keep it around $100-200. Any help would be apreciated.

If you just need the lights you can pick up the nzxt hue rgb lighting unit.

If you need a case as well maybe try for the hue and a bitfenix shinobi.
