Computer boots sometime

My computer is acting very weird, sometime when I power it on, the fans turns but the computer nothing. No bios, nothing on screen. So I have to power it off by pressing the power button for 5 secondes. And I need to repeate it 3-4 times before it can post. After it post the computer is working fine without any problems. 

 

I have an Asus Z170-A motherboard

6700k CPU

And 16Gb DDR4 RAM

GTX970 GPU

I had this 10 years ago with an, back then, 7 yo pc. Bios chip was going dead. I suspect you have the same problem. Only "real" solution would be, getting an new mobo.

Yeah, maybe I did something when I was cleaning the PC and it broke the motherboard. 

It's not like the PC is dead it's just really annoying wasting 1-2 minutes trying to boot the PC everytime.

I think I'll have to deal with it
