Hey guys,

we´ve just built a PC, but as soon as we fire it up, our monitor says: No signal

We alreasy changed the RAM, we took out the Graphics and tried it with the on board, changed monitor plus cable etc. but nothing helped! Always: No signal

May you guys have some bad ass ideas...

What does work on the computer. Lights turning on? Beeps? HDD's or optical drives "doing something" after 10 seconds? Do fans spin up? Do keyboard lights flash? Moar info.

No lights, no beep but optical drive is working fine. Lights arent there. Fans spin up and keybord lights flash.

This happened to me with a gigabyte motherboard recently. I took everything out and started with 1 stick of RAM and then slowly began to add components back in. Turns out, one of my RAM sticks was faulty.

Also make sure the switch on the power supply is flipped :/ I made that mistake the first time I built a PC...

Power Supplay switches are on and ram already was changed.

Not sure with modern mobo's, but I think they should beep at least once when you turn on the power. (that's how it worked in the past) I would suggest checking the manual, if it should beep or not. If it did not beep, and it should have, take everything apart and try again.

Are the power/reset cables from your front IO hooked up correctly on the motherboard?

Just checked... My (OLD) tft screen only gives me an error/no signal allert, when I disconnect it from my computer. When I just connect the screen to my computer, even though the computer is turned off, I do not get the "no signal allert". Can you check the screen with some other computer or device, to check if the screen is working?
