Rx480 not working

I asked this question once and was suggested to get a new power supply. I got one and I still have the problem. I have an i5 2320, 8gb ram and a dq67sw(working with r7 260x) but when I got this new GPU, rx 480 xfx black(reference design) the pc doesn't POST with the GPU in it. please help. also, don't suggest buying anything new, all my budget is gone

Are you able to test if that graphics card works in any other system? Like a friend's pc or something? Otherwise can you RMA it?

Cant rma it, my uncle got it from another country and he's gone back. might be able to test on a friend's pc on Thursday

Could it be the mobo?

I would test it in another computer, then you will determine if it is the GPU or something else. No need to pull apart your pc if it is just the GPU.

What PSU do you have?

Possibly just a poor quality PSU. Double check in a friend computer first, but if it doesn't work, then might just be poor quality PSU.
