error 0xc000007b

Hi, I was instaling a progarm and it give this error 0xc000007b, and since then I can´t open many of the games and programs, I already tryed to insert dll´s, instaling more programs to fix it, installing DirectX and internet frame work and I came to a dead end, so if some body know some thing that actualy can fix the 0xc000007b error pls tell me.

i get it but 12x , it is an audio error for me, but i just hit ok and the program starts, idk about u tho ;(

Are you able to backup any important data and do a clean install of Windows?

Did you reinstall Visual C?
