Hi I have had my computer for 3 years so my parts are somewhat used and I had just bought a GTX1060 and I have been using that for a good 4 months and have had no problems. But last Wednesday my pc started acting up. I got on and signed in and went to play H1Z1 and in the middle of the game my screen went black and I heard the windows error noise and my gpu fan sounded like it was on 100% but it wasn't before. Can someone help me with this?

Does windows boot? Did you replicate this? Is this only in that game? How does it happen in other games? Could it be the HDD or CPU? Do you have any overclocks?

Windows boots fine and I replicated it with CSGO and OVERWATCH. And it does the same thing the screen goes black and I'm forced to restart my computer and no I have no overclocks

Do you have any other GPU's you could test to see if they also encounter the problem?

So I just did a test with my 1060 and I was watching my pc stats and in the middle of my game my screen went blank and I heard the windows  error noise and it said my GPU wasn't connected anymore

This is VERY reminiscent to a problem I had once before. See:

Are you able to see what shows up in Event Viewer? Does this issue ever occur when your PC is idle or near-idle? Money's on PSU from what you've said so far.

Well I took the cords apart and now my pc is just stuck on an infinite restart loop and won't post anymore everything works internally but my keyboard and mouse won't work anymore and it just keeps turning on running for like 3 mins and then turning off and restarting

So something is shorting or malfunctioning...

I was told by my friend who builds computers to take all the ram sticks out and only keep one and now my pc is working and I am able to use it

So you likely have corrupt/bad ram. Try all the sticks separately to find the faulty one. You got lucky in finding the issue so soon.

So all of the sticks work fine it's just when I use all 4 at once it doesn't post so I can just stick with 2 until I get a new mobo

So maybe your CPU/MOBO doesn't have the PCIE lanes? I really don't know...
