Black screen on startup

I need help guys.... I left my pc for awhile i come back and this happens just a black screen. The monitor light is on solid blue, the headset is still flashing from the software settings i use my gpu is in for rma currently so im on integrated graphics. I get a post but when i go into windows i just get this black screen any help would be greatly appreciated and i did just restart and the same thing happend.

It could be that the integrated graphics is dead. Take the HDD/SSD out and put into another pc and see if that will boot. If it dose you need to get a new GPU, if not you need to reinstall windows.

Have you tried turning it off and on again?
