Recorering windows seven files

So i have a complete working pc but when i start the pc it boots ok it goes to the windows logo and mid animation it stops there and screen goes black from what i know i think that a windows missing file becaus ealso when i put another hdd it worsk fine.So how can  i make this hdd work again.Just to know cant boot to safe mode and i tried sfc/scannnow still has a problem.Although i have a second working pc if i can fix it though there i think would be the best coiche
