FPS estimates for new computer?

Getting an i5-4690k and an EVGA/MSI GTX 1060 for Christmas, my main games are;

CSGO
H1Z1
Overwatch

What FPS would i get around them considering i play CSGO 1280x1024 also. I play overwatch and H1 1920x1080.

Also i'm new to computer parts etc so is the CPU and GPU good/future-proof?

OW  - atleast 80 FPS on high.

CS:GO - probably better.

H1Z1 - dont play it, sorry.

get a 480 its faster then 1060 and has more vram if you get the 8 gb.  yes it will play all your games over 60 fps.

I would go for Skylake platform instead of Devils Canyon. For DC best CPU is 4790K. While there still is Kabylake stuff coming to same socket. As for GPU, it depends how you want to game. If you take fps before graphic quality it will be good for some time. Like I'm fine with 560Ti on BF4, but BF1 would need newer GPU. Generally GPU is good for 2-3 years if you want med-high settings and over 50 fps.
