I've recently started using prime95 for other than torture tests(because why not...) and I've noticed that instantly I get this message:

Possible hardware errors have occurred during the test! 1 ROUNDOFF >0.4.

Confidence in final result is fair.

This happens with my system overclocked, stock, etc, and the torture test does not run into any errors itself. I've also run memtest86+ and gotten no errors. Any ideas what could be causing this? I've been going a little crazy trying to find stuff on the internet.
