I own a Bitfenix Prodigy, I want to get a side window because I am going to sleeve my psu cables and add LEDs. Are there any good LED strips beside the Bitfenix Alchemy they aren't well budget priced because its $30 for 30cm (Red LED). My main question is the case window side panel (http://us.ncix.com/products/?sku=79406&vpn=BFC-PRO-300-KKWA-RP&manufacture=BitFenix) has no ventilation holes for a GPU. I have a MSI GTX 660 TI PE it is my only main concern. Will it be fine?

It could heat up your GPU if you don't have good airflow in your case. What fans are you going to put in? For the lighting, I know that Bitfenix makes good quality products so I think the LED lighting should be pretty good.

Well in the front I am using a Bitfenix Specter Pro 200mm Red Led fan. In the rear I have a two regular case fans that came with the Prodigy. I have a Hyper 212 Evo in Push config. So I have a positive air pressure in my case. Is it worth it to just flat out water cool the system for $300+

All you need is good airflow in your case, an intake fan in the front, intakes in the top, then exhaust out of the back. If you have positive airflow your GPU will be fine.

For LED lights, NXZT makes Sleeved LED kits which you can have a look at here:

They cost about 15-20 dollars each.

Your GPU is fine since you have positive airflow to let the GPU suck enough air to cool it.
