it can. I have used an eraser to "erase" dead pixels before.

Its a joke.. no it wont work.

all u need to do if that happen is return it for warranty.

Stuck pixel can be fixed sometimes by shine it with some sort of  tools that flash many color per seconds.. but dead pixel cant.

a little massage can bring them back to life. Used a pencil eraser to massage some life back into the pixels on one of my old TN a couple years ago, didn't work for very long but it did bring the pixels back to life for a week

The op is talking about dead pixel not stuck pixel.

yup I'm talking about the same thing. My pixels were black and dead, idk what happened exactly but it was like I was massaging the LCD fluid back into the dead spots, it didn't last long at all and actually was made worse after the pixels died again(the spot got a lot bigger)

it was mostly just a fun experiment, the monitor was well out of warranty and was gonna be recycled anyhow, I just wanted to see if dead pixels can be brought back to life or not.

only if they are not dead pixels but small particles of dust in your monitor.
