NZXT Hue+ compatibilty

Does the NZXT Hue+ work with other led strips that go outside the case. For example the one im looking at is called https://www.amazon.com/TaoTronics-Dimmable-Colored-Decoration-Weatherproof/dp/B006K0JYD8/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1481601641&sr=8-1&keywords=taotronics+led+light+strip any how if this one is not compatible could you list ones that might be? Again i would like to have an rgb setup outside the case as well as in and can be controlled by the hue+. Thanks in advance!!

No, it is not compatible with LED strips that go outside the case unfortunately
