Best VPN for chromeos/android

What is the best VPN (or some program that gets past wifi blocking) for chromeos/android? Criteria: must not make me pay for data (I don't mind buying the program outright, but if I have to pay month per month for data I won't buy it). Thanks for any responses.

if it's only for light usage tunnelbear is pretty great actually.

tunnelbear is a monthly subscription and the free version isnt that much data so if your using it at school you would have to pay every month

try using tor for android it might be slow but should work

thats why i said for light use

 

but i should add, in terms of free VPNs you're not gonna find much better than tunnelbear's 500MB per month.

if your are trying to use snapchat, instagram, or facebook try using opera vpn for android and also use opera browser with vpn
