Does anyone here has any suggestions about what settings should I use in bios to OC this chip? I would like to clock it to 4.0-4.1 Ghz but when I tried with 1.35v it would crash upon starting stability test. Any suggestions?

The multiplier is the easiest way to get it to 4ghz, just put the multiplier to 20 and it should be ok on stock voltage. If its not stable try going up in 0.025v at a time until it is. Remember to keep an eye on the temps though, when under full load dont let it exceed 62-65c and it should be fine. 70c is ok for short periods like when benchmarking, but it best to try and stay under 65c for everyday use.

Bro, 85 is the limit for CPU's, not 70. An h100i goes to 70 at stock voltage

Finally my Santa hat doesn't look out of place

AMD CPU's have a lower thermal limit than Intel CPU's.
