Hello, soon I might build a new rig. I am thinking about 1500 to 1700. I will be doing a lot of gaming (BF4, CS GO, Minecraft, Minesweeper ect...) Some streaming and video editing. I really dont have any requirements after that. So if you have some ideas, please post link to pc partpicker or post the parts.

Thanks!

That looks good, although The only things I would change are the case, I would use 750D, the cooler, maybe 100i, and the mobo, I would use on a little bit cheaper.

The price doesn't include peripherals, but I will be using razer mouse and keyboard.

Then just get this http://pcpartpicker.com/p/1VfZK It's a little over but if you want it slightly cheaper change the cooler to a Dark Rock2.(non-pro)

You can fit an H100i in define R4. (Btw AIO's arent really worth it.) And a 750D? Why? (My build is in a 750D but that's because i have a huge costume loop)

well actully im not completely sure about to 100i yet. I have been debating about getting a custom loop a lot. I was looking at the XSPC Raystorm 750 EX240 water cooling kit, but I decided that It wouldn't be worth it, but am I wrong?

With the Raystorm 750 EX240 you would only be able to cool your cpu. (cpu+ gpu would be too damn hot) also it's kind of bad. (noisy and not that great performance tho') And you could also fit it in a define r4.

I dont care to much about GPU water cooling, but I just want to be able to get a good CPU overclock.

Do you need a copy of Windows?

Well you will be able to achive 4.5 ghz (if your chip isn't too bad) the Dark Rock 2. And getting a watercooler and getting 4.8 ghz is not worth it (price to performance ratio and noise to performance) (I can oc my 4770k to 5 ghz @1.31 volts but i keep it at 4.5 @1.18 Volts because you are never going to 'feel' the extra horse power)

My Pc: Cpu: I7 4790k @ 4,8 Ghz @1,25 volts, Motherboard: Maximus VII Formula, Graphicscard: 2x Titan X @1,4 at stock voltage (soon to be replaced), Ram: 32 gb Corsair Dominator Platinum 2133 Cl 9, SSD: 2x 850 Pro 1 Tb in Raid 0, 2x Samsung 840 Evo 1 tb raid 1,, PSU: Corsair HXi Series 1000W 80+ Platinum, Case: H440. WHAT.

HASWELL 5 GHZ.

KEEP IT AT THAT. THAT'S QUITE LEGENDARY IF WHAT YOU'RE SAYING IS TRUE.

Sorry for the caps but really? 4770k at 5ghz with 1.31v? Stay in the 5 ghz club.

Yes really my chip is quite good but i didn't spend 1000€ on my costume loop to see temps in the mid 50's and low 60's.
