I have these parts already

 

2x Titan X (Maxwell)

Asus X99-E WS/USB3.1

i7 6900K

 

I'm looking for a case, PSU, CPU Fan and 64gb Memory

 

It will be used for data processing and mass calculations,  this is the website http://www.cryoem.se/a-high-end-quad-gpu-workstation/

 

They recommend the Corsair Carbide Air 540 which looks like it fits E-ATX motherboards, I'm leaning towards corsair vengeance LPX 2133mhz and a Noctua NH-14S or NH-D14

 

They also recommend Corsair AX1500i or HX1200i

 

Can anyone recommend suitable alternatives?

You think a 650w will be enough to power this, I strongly doubt it!

There isn't an alternative to a solid psu. 

For the CPU cooler you should do at least a dh-15. You could go with a Corsair h115i or h100i v2. The Lpx ram will be fine. The air 540 is likely the best case option purely because you have so much hardware in there.
