Application Install: Install Package failure

I try to install the latest drivers for my 7870 but then the the message crops up adding fuel to my ever growing frustration. I've had a long day and my anger is clouding my vision on what I have to do so any help would be much appreciated.

Do you have UAC turned on? Have you tried uninstalling the current version of your drivers and rebooting before you try to update?

I've turned UAC off and it still does not work.. :(

Have you got the original driver disc? Try installing this, it may install missing base files, then download latest drivers and see what happens

Is anvi smart defender or anything blocking installs from the internet?
