Hello guys! ive got my new computer and wondering if i should use raid on it.

My Devices is 2 ssd 120gb each and 1 hdd 3tb. i am wondering if i shoul use raid 1 ssd with the hdd for caching. and the last ssd wil have the os and drivers on it.

sorry for bad england

I would recommend you take regular backups, using the ''Backup and restore (Windows 7)" feature of Windows 10, so you have storage backup, as raid wouldn't be that beneficial (Good). I would suggest a boot SSD for Windows and drivers, another SSD for your favorite few games and the HDD for the rest.

PC Specs

i7 6700

Asus H110-PLUS

ASUS STRIX 1070 8GB OC

EVGA G2 550W PSU

3TB HD & 255GB SSD

CiT Galaxy Evolution

Upgrades

EVGA G2 550W PSU

Asus Strix GTX 1070

NZXT S340 ELITE BLACK

Ew.

I have never seen anyone recommending using Windows backup and restore feature...

Just back it up to an external drive or something.

No no no. Windows back up and restore is different to the  ''Backup and restore (Windows 7)". One can back up individual files, B&R (W7) Creates a system image, which you can store as a file on an external HDD, so you can restore the full PC and individual files. @Van Diekon
