There is a possibly the parts may be overheating due to the fact that there may be a large build up of dust in your system causing your computer to overheat.

that's the thing. i've just cleaned it and also i just replace my CPU and motherboard as well. *that's when i clean everything and this problem has been going on since my old CPU and motherboard* so i dont thing it's the CPU or the mobo's fault.

i've seen people with this problem and some said it could be the PSU do you think that's correct?

i have the Sseasonic 620w atx 12v M12 II bronze evo edition

Oh so a reputable brand not like power flower or whatever that company is lol. Umm does your pc get sufficient airflow? Nothing blocking fans or anything right? And could you download a program to check cpu temps? Try a program like speed fan and there is another I know but I don't remember, although if you have an Intel cpu other programs should work properly like hwmonitor

That could be the issue or it could be the ram if your using the same sticks. What brand and model is your psu? If you have a cheap psu that could be why this issue occurs.

Chance are the cause is one of the following  in the order listed. PSU failing, Video Card (failing hardware or corrupted driver, perhaps you have AMD and recently installed Relive) or a bad memory stick, or a loose wire from the recent cleaning you performed. My recommendations is to start by testing or swapping out the PSU,  check all wiring at the same time.. If the issue is not resolved, the next step would be to remove and reseat the GPU and reinstall your drivers by first removing the current one. If the problem still exist, you can either run Memtest 86, or check memory sticks b y removing all but one, and test each one individually.
