Sorry i have an odd problem and made an account on here just to ask if any one knows what it may be. Please move to another topic if need be, as I am new so i do not know the rules.

Okay so i am running two 980ti's in sli FTW editions. With a asus pg348q 100hz 3440x1440 monitor.

The problem is sometimes when game i start a game, The fps will be locked at 24-25 fps and even if i lower the graphics settings it shall still stay at 24-25fps

Though if i restart my computer it fixes the problem and the game plays at its normal fps. Until the next time i turn on my pc, It happens at random.

I can confirm this happens on all games. Also i have updates my Nvida drivers after the problem did start happening.

Does any one have any ideas???

I also use G-sync and have V sync disabled in all my games.

If it is just those two games then it could be a game bug or a problem with your version of the Nvidia Drivers
