Hi I am Ravi teja I bought new rx 470 sapphire reference model and I can't play any game at 60 fps.my CPU is Intel i5-4440s,8gb RAM,120gb ssd,1tb HDD.wat should I do for 60 fps gameplay. should I upgrade to i7 for 60 fps gameplay.people in YouTube play assassins Creed syndicate at high settings 60+. But in mine even in medium it doesn't reach 50 fps.

Are you running latest AMD drivers? The RX series has had a recent perf boost from AMD with drivers. Ones in the box are useless.

Update your drivers, and make sure you don't have any weird NVidia Gimmicks on, such as HairWorks. Also, fire up MSI Afterburner and see what kind of GPU clock speeds you're getting. If it isn't boosting high enough, then it's possible the card is heating up and throttling. 

 

If you find that the card is throttling, check to see if the fans are running properly - in fact, do that anyway. If everything seems fine, show us how the card is installed in your case with a picture.
