Sleep timer for Windows (8.1)

I just need to know is there a way i can set a sleep timer for my windows or any trusted programmes that do such??

I enjoy listening to music to sleep but i cant set windows to automatically sleep (not shut down) after a certain amount of time.

A way i saw was delaying the shutdown script but I want it to sleep (or stand-by for our older demographic).
