GPU problems

So I tore down my GPU to clean all the dust in the gpu and replace the thermal compound (electricity conductive) but after I reassembled it, my comuputer gets no signal some minutes after I turn it off

 

I can't found it on youtube or anywhere, Already tried removed the cmos battery and put it back again, didn't do anything

Did you plug the monitor back into the card?
